Bespoke Digital Wedding Invitations Crafted With Aesthetics
For how wedding invites have been continuously outgrowing themselves over the years with each trend being loved to bits, we feel the trend that paved its way the deepest into people’s hearts have unquestionably been the Digital or E-invites one.
For how they are easy to send and get RSVP’d, save a lot of wedding planning time that goes into distributing physical invites and for how they’re environment friendly, digital wedding invitations have revamped the face of wedding industry. No wonder, the edge of this fad struck a chord with ace couturier Anita Dongre’s heart that beats to the hymns of sustainability.
Being the first Indian designer to do so, Anita Dongre collaborated with Paperless Post and launched a line of breathtakingly beautiful digital wedding invitations on 1st November, 2019.
Paperless Post, is a prominent brand reshaping the online invitation scenes by not just letting you customize your own invitations & flyers but also track them, import your contacts, and export your guestlist. Previously collaborating with leading designers like Oscar de la Renta, Kate Spade, Kelly Wearstler, etc., the brand partnered with Anita Dongre this time, curating invitations in her distinctive style for all the traditional Indian wedding ceremonies.
Housing 11 sets of gorgeous invitations that are a perfect blend of botanical motifs drenched in charming hues of dusty pinks, powder blues, vivid yellows & peaches and earthy tones, these wedding invitations are an apt personification of millennial Indian weddings—traditional with a voguish whiff.
This environmentally conscious effort, that also aligns with Anita Dongre’s personal philosophy of practising processes that are sustainable, has led to a range of digital wedding invites that exude the true essence of an Indian wedding while keeping up with the modish trends and heightened need to go eco-friendly.
