Milk and almond mask

Milk works as a great moisturizer and helps in rejuvenating the damaged and dead skin cells while preventing dryness. Whereas, almonds are a great source of antioxidants and vitamin E which helps in keeping the skin healthy and nourished. So combining and working with these two together would not only leave your skin moisturized but would also leave it healthy and glowing.

To make this pack, take 2-3 tbsps of milk and 10-12 almonds pre-soaked in water. Grind the almonds and mix it well with the milk and massage the paste onto your face for about 5 minutes. Let it further sit for 20-30 minutes before rinsing it off with water. Do this for about three times a week for better results.

Oatmeal and honey

While one of the methods is to grind some oats and add them to your bath wherein, you can soak yourself in it for 15-20 minutes, the other is to make an exfoliator using honey.
Simply mix in oats and honey in a ratio of 2:1 with a few drops of water and get set exfoliating. After a good scrubbing session of 10 minutes, leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it off.

Milk cream and turmeric

Milk cream or malai, works as an effective moisturizer and helps in keeping the skin hydrated and nourished. Whereas, turmeric or haldi, is known to have healing properties because of curcumin present in it. Be it healing dry and dead cells, slowing down the ageing process or reducing inflammations and scars, there’s no skin-related issue that can’t be treated with turmeric. Simply take the milk cream and add a pinch of turmeric to it and massage it onto your whole body for 15-20 minutes. But, don’t go overboard with haldi as it might leave stains. Do this three times a week to achieve desired results.
