PLANNING: We took 10 months to plan the wedding but had to change our wedding planners two months before the the big day. We had only purchased our outfits and booked the venue by this stage, so we had to decide on the decor, catering, events, wedding stationery and entertainment all in a short period of time, which was extremely stressful. We used Magnificence Events as our wedding planners and Oriental Events provided the decor.
PHOTOGRAPHY & CINEMATOGRAPHY: We used Colomono Studio as they have so much experience in their field and are amazing to deal with.
WEDDING SHOPPING: We did all our shopping in Delhi, over 2 weeks in February, and made another trip in May to collect the altered outfits. I had made a list of designer stores I wanted to visit prior to going to India, and since most of them were located in South Delhi, we stayed in that area for convenience. This forward planning was useful and made the wedding shopping experience a lot more efficient.
