8 Ways To Infuse Pantone Colors Of The Year 2021 In Your Wedding

By Divya Arora .

A year when the world went topsy-turvy and literally landed itself into a pandemic, 2020 was a rather absurd one that people couldn’t wait to get over with. While the world en masse, set foot into 2021 with a hope for better days & happier lives, Pantone went a step ahead and decided to enrich this year with more cheer, radiance, and colors.

Abiding by their ritual right of declaring a ‘color of the year’ each year that influences and guides the palettes all across the globe, they announced two hues for 2021- PANTONE 17-5104 Ultimate Gray + PANTONE 13-0647 Illuminating. And since, we are all about weddings, we’re going to help you with ways you can incorporate these hues in your wedding this year.

Explaining it as a marriage of colors conveying a message of strength and hopefulness that is both enduring and uplifting, Pantone in their announcement post wrote, “Illuminating is a bright & cheerful yellow sparkling with vivacity, a warming yellow shade imbued with solar power. Ultimate Gray is emblematic of solid & dependable elements which are everlasting and provide a firm foundation. These two independent colors that come together to create an aspirational color pairing, conjoining deeper feelings of thoughtfulness with the optimistic promise of a sunshine filled day.”
